| 10/6/2017 | We completed lesson 8. Revised the previous திருக்குறள், Rhymes, numbers till 50. Then, we presented the idea of enacting the 1st ஆத்திசூடி (Aathichudi) "அறம் செய விரும்பு" in Ouvai illam ( ஔவை இல்லம்) for the Nov 4th Tamil Sangam Deepavali program. The children loved this idea and were very excited. "Amma-Neha Appa-Mukilaan Pooja-Joshika Teja-Lokesh Women with a small baby outside the temple - Harini Blind women - Shivani Temple Pujari - Veronica Teja's friend - Kathir Poster board for the play title - Vishal and Sruthi (as these kids will not be coming for the Tamil Sangam event, they wanted to help the class by preparing the poster board) Poster board with the 1st ஆத்திசூடி- Our own class artist Rohit!" | We requested the children to watch the 1st story in the video link that we have been emailing you every week paying close attention to their dialogues. Each child has to listen carefully to the dialogue for their role and write it down in English and email it to me before next Sunday(10/15).
